Nutrition Therapy for
Autoimmune Conditions

While genetics play a role, diet and lifestyle are key contributors to autoimmune conditions. By identifying and eliminating triggers as well as eating foods that nourish and support your body, you can promote the repair of damaged tissues, and prevent future flare-ups. Although there may not be a cure for these diseases, there are steps you can take to promote healing and improve your health.

I have had a long journey with autoimmune conditions, personally dealing with both celiac disease and psoriasis, not to mention a family history of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Multiple Sclerosis. In a way, I was my own first patient, learning what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, how to reduce environmental toxins, and how to manage stress. Since then, I have helped countless clients reduce their symptoms and take back their health. By focusing on evidence-based dietary and lifestyle changes you can reduce inflammation and improve the quality of your life! I develop personalized plans for all my clients that incorporates the latest research on both diet and behavior change to help you achieve long term success.
